Description: gold plated base metal, rhinestones, enamelling, faux jade. The small scatter pins have apparently been converted many years ago from earrings
Marked: All: Trifari with Crown, Pat Pend; small pins have Pat Pend (one ) and Trifari with Crown (the other) obscured by the conversion
Reference: Brunialti, Tribute to America, pp. 115, 116, pearl belly version. Patent is reproduced below (scroll down); designer A Philippe, dated 1942
Condition: Excellent - some solder evidence of expert conversion of the the two small scatter pins from earrings.
