Reference: Brunialti, American Costume Jewelry, p. 48 dates the mark to 1942. The initials refer to the flags - America, Britain, China, the Dutch - though Holland itself was occupied after 1940, the Dutch Empire in the East Indies continued in this 'ABCD' alliance against Japan). Condition: Excellent apart from enamel chips on the 'D'
